Summit Therapeutics will feature 10 ivonescimab presentations at ESMO 2026, scheduled for October 23-27 in Madrid. Akeso's China-based Phase III HARMONi-GI1 trial showed positive overall survival findings versus durvalumab, both with chemotherapy, in first-line advanced biliary tract cancer; a separate US Phase II/III biliary tract cancer trial with ECOG-ACRIN expects clinical site activation in the fourth quarter of 2026.
