Sun Life converts variable-rate preferred shares into fixed-rate issue, leaving none outstanding

Sun Life set a Sept. 30, 2026 conversion of its Class A Series 10R preferred shares into an equal number of Series 11QR shares.
- Holders elected to convert 1,400 of 6,838,672 Series 10R shares into Series 11QR on the conversion date.
- Investors also elected to convert 621,829 of 1,161,328 Series 11QR shares into Series 10R on Sept. 30, 2026.
- All remaining Series 11QR shares will be automatically converted into Series 10R, leaving no Series 11QR outstanding.
- Series 10R dividend resets to 5.52% annually from Sept. 30, 2026 to Sept. 30, 2031, equal to CAD 0.344938 quarterly.
