Sunoco LP declared a quarterly distribution of $0.9317 per common unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, equating to $3.7268 on an annualized basis. This marks a 1.25% rise versus the prior quarter’s distribution of $0.9202 per unit and represents the partnership’s fifth straight quarterly increase. Management reaffirmed its multi-year capital allocation strategy targeting at least a 5% annual distribution growth rate. The upcoming distribution will be paid on February 19, 2026, to unitholders of record as of February 6, 2026.

2. Robust Infrastructure Supports Stable Cash Flows

Sunoco LP operates an extensive midstream and fuel distribution network across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean and Europe. The partnership maintains roughly 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals, complemented by fuel distribution to approximately 11,000 Sunoco- and partner-branded retail and commercial locations. In total, Sunoco distributes over 15 billion gallons of refined products annually, underpinning the cash flow coverage for its growing distribution and reinforcing its resilience to regional supply disruptions.
