SunocoCorp to shift NYSE listing to Texas Stock Exchange on Oct. 5

Listing transfer to TXSE

SunocoCorp will move its common units listing from the NYSE to the Texas Stock Exchange, keeping ticker SUNC.

Trading on TXSE is expected to start Oct. 5, 2026.
Units are expected to stop trading on the NYSE at the close on Oct. 2, 2026.
No action is required from unitholders to complete the transfer.
