Superior HealthPlan, a Centene unit, designated Arrow Child & Family Ministries, CK Family Services and Pathways Youth and Family Services as MHR and TCM Centers of Excellence from 15 applicants. The move broadens Texas behavioral health networks and streamlines care coordination for over 1.5 million Medicaid members.

Superior HealthPlan, a unit of Centene, launched its MHR and TCM Centers of Excellence program to recognize multi-specialty providers that meet elevated standards for clinical quality and care coordination. Providers underwent a structured review against state requirements and health plan expectations, with 15 total applicants evaluated.

2. Designated Providers and Coverage

Arrow Child & Family Ministries, CK Family Services and Pathways Youth and Family Services received the inaugural designations. These organizations deliver evidence-based behavioral health services, including skills training, crisis support and targeted case management, across major Texas regions and via telehealth.

3. Network Impact and Member Benefits

The designations expand Superior HealthPlan’s behavioral health network across Texas, enhancing access for children and youth with complex needs. Streamlined MHR and TCM coordination will support care delivery for over 1.5 million Medicaid members managed by Centene’s subsidiary.
