2. Focus Areas

Grant recipients will implement initiatives in housing stability and support, food security and nutrition, or health care access and literacy to reduce barriers and improve outcomes for low-income Medicaid populations.

3. Eligibility and Background

Eligible organizations must serve Texas Medicaid recipients, have not received Superior HealthPlan funding in the past 12 months, and agree to an end-of-term outcome review by December 15, 2026; Superior has contributed $12.3 million in community funding since 2020.
