SurgePays forms Redline Wireless joint venture to scale LinkUp Mobile across 20,000-plus dealers

SurgePays formed Redline Wireless Group, a joint venture with a major US wireless master distributor to scale LinkUp Mobile nationwide.

• Redline targets distribution across more than 20,000 active independent prepaid wireless dealers under the distributor’s executed dealer agreements.
• SurgePays holds 51% and will manage the venture; the partner holds 49% and will be reported as a noncontrolling interest.
• The venture is expected to be cash-flow positive in its first month, with a goal of reaching more than 1 million subscribers.
