SurgePays Signs BrandRap AI Deal, Phase 1 Launch July 2026
SURG•SurgePays engaged BrandRap to build an AI decisioning engine for ProgramBenefits.com to rank next-best-actions and boost revenue per subscriber, with Phase 1 production set for July 2026. The intake platform, serving 138 million subprime consumers, generated over $50 million in legacy revenue and adds more than 1,000 customers daily.
1. Master Services Agreement
SurgePays has signed a master services agreement with BrandRap to design and implement a real-time AI decisioning engine on its ProgramBenefits.com platform. The partnership targets leveraging verified subprime consumer intent data already captured in the SurgePays ecosystem.
2. AI Decisioning Engine Features and Timeline
Phase 1, slated for July 2026, will include multi-product monetization by scoring eligibility and conversion probabilities across multiple verticals in a single session, and returning a ranked next-best-action for highest-margin offers. The engine aims to reduce customer acquisition costs by harnessing existing traffic rather than new marketing spend.
3. ProgramBenefits.com Performance Metrics
The ProgramBenefits.com intake platform relaunched in November 2025, expanded to three demand aggregators by December, and now adds over 1,000 new customers daily. Serving an addressable market of 138 million subprime consumers, the platform generated more than $50 million in legacy revenue under its previous model.
