SVRN acquires NEAR RPC provider FastNEAR
SVRN•SVRN acquired FastNEAR, a NEAR Protocol infrastructure provider, making it a wholly owned subsidiary; financial terms were not disclosed. FastNEAR handles more than 3.5 billion monthly requests across more than 100 terabytes of data.
1. Acquisition details
FastNEAR co-founders Evgeny Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis joined SVRN in the transaction. The business provides network access and data services for reading from NEAR and submitting transactions, including RPC servers and archival infrastructure; SVRN plans to invest in expanding its reliability and capacity.
