SVRN appoints Patrick O'Kain as chief operating officer
SVRN•SVRN appointed Patrick O'Kain chief operating officer, effective November 2, 2026; David Schwed will become a senior adviser on January 1, 2027.
1. Leadership transition
O'Kain previously served as a general partner at Borderless Capital and helped establish and scale KPMG's crypto advisory practice. Schwed, COO since October 2025, will focus on technology and security as a senior adviser.
