Swarmer’s subsidiary in Estonia restructured the May 2026 SkyKnight software license agreement so that $1.41 million in licenses will be purchased by Czech-based Progress TRW S.R.O. alongside Meta Bureau LLC. The update increases Meta Bureau’s original license order from $1.38 million to $2.40 million and allocates separate licenses for the full Swarmer Platform and the core operating system.
