Nasdaq notice over late quarterly filing
Synergy CHC said it received a Nasdaq notice over a late Form 10-Q filing for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The notice cited noncompliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely SEC periodic reporting.
