T-Mobile completes 800 MHz spectrum sale to Grain for $2.9 billion cash, 600 MHz licenses

T-Mobile completed the sale of its 800 MHz spectrum portfolio to Grain Management.
Consideration included $2.9 billion in cash, with T-Mobile also receiving Grain’s 600 MHz spectrum licenses.
The Federal Communications Commission cleared the transaction on July 1, 2026.
