The company also increased its service revenue outlook to $77 billion in 2026 and $80.5–81.5 billion in 2027, up from previous targets.
2. AI and Digitalization Driving Profitability
It expects nearly $3 billion of incremental Core Adjusted EBITDA by end-2027 versus 2025, driven by digital transformation and AI integration across customer care and operations. These investments have already reduced care calls by over 50% since 2021 and improved network perception rankings.
3. Financial Guidance and Capital Allocation
For 2026, T-Mobile forecasts 900,000–1.0 million postpaid net additions and 2.5%–3.0% ARPA growth. Core Adjusted EBITDA is guided to $37.0–37.5 billion in 2026 and $40.0–41.0 billion in 2027, with Adjusted Free Cash Flow of $18.0–18.7 billion and $19.5–20.5 billion respectively. The company plans up to $5 billion of Q1 2026 share repurchases and maintains a 2.5x leverage target.
