T. Rowe Price launches Dynamic Emerging Markets Bond ETF with 0.45% expense ratio
TDEM•T. Rowe Price launched the actively managed Dynamic Emerging Markets Bond ETF (TDEM) on Nasdaq with a 0.45% expense ratio.
1. Fund strategy
The ETF targets income and capital appreciation across emerging markets sovereign, corporate and local currency bonds. Its launch brings T. Rowe Price’s active ETF lineup to 39, including nine new active ETFs introduced in 2026.
