T. Rowe Price Launches Integrated Teams, Consultant Coverage and Key Accounts Practice
TROW•T. Rowe Price restructured its U.S. institutional business by replacing separate sales and service roles with integrated teams under single leaders across four regions and launching a four-person consultant coverage team. It also created a key accounts practice and appointed leaders for regional and consultant relationships covering its $1.89T AUM.
1. Integrated Regional Team Model
T. Rowe Price replaced separate sales and service roles in its U.S. Institutional business with integrated teams led by single region heads in Northeast, Southeast, Central and West. This model is designed to strengthen strategic client and consultant relationships through coordinated investment insights, portfolio context and enterprise capabilities.
2. National Field Consultant Coverage Team
The firm launched a four-person national field consultant coverage team tasked with delivering consistent points of contact, deeper portfolio updates and proactive relationship coordination for key consultants influencing allocation decisions.
3. Key Accounts Practice and Leadership Changes
A new U.S. Institutional Key Accounts Practice will focus on the firm’s most strategic relationships, setting standards for client management and growth planning, while Kyle Lagratta and Chris Tarui co-head relationship management under Doug Greenstein and regional leads now include Frank Clarkson, Lawson Hauptfuhrer, Abby Groom and Angelique Richardson.
