TE•T1 Energy signs supply contract with Clearway
T1 Energy signed a contract to supply Clearway Energy Group with 641 MW of solar modules using domestic cells from its G2_Austin fab.
Supply will run through T1’s 5 GW G1_Dallas module facility, supporting demand for higher domestic-content equipment amid tariff uncertainty.
Domestic cell production timeline and content target
G2_Austin began construction in December 2025; the first 2.1 GW phase is targeted to start cell production in Q1 2027.
T1 targets modules with more than 60% domestic content in 2027.
