TAIPEI, Aug. 4 (Reuters) - The management team at Taiwan's Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp (PSMC) remains stable and its cooperation with Micron will proceed as planned, acting Chairman Brian Shieh said at a press conference on Tuesday.
PSMC's founder and Chairman Frank Huang died last Friday from cardiopulmonary failure in his sleep at home, the company said in a filing on Friday.
