Take-Two Interactive announces annual shareholder meeting

Take-Two will hold its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 17, 2026, as a virtual, audio-only meeting.

Shareholders will vote on the election of 10 directors.

Ballots also cover an advisory vote on executive compensation.

Other items include an amendment to limit liability for certain officers, plus ratification of Ernst & Young as auditor.
