TTWO•Take-Two Interactive entered a new long-term Xbox publisher license agreement with Microsoft, covering Xbox-compatible products and fees and revenue sharing for physical and digital products.
1. Agreement terms
The agreement grants Take-Two rights to develop and sell Xbox-compatible products. Microsoft will charge fees and royalties for Take-Two physical media products and pay a wholesale price and revenue share for digital products; the agreement supersedes all existing Xbox publisher license agreements between the companies.
