Take-Two signs new long-term Xbox publisher license agreement with Microsoft
TTWO•Take-Two signed a new long-term Xbox publisher license agreement with Microsoft on September 28, effective September 17, 2026, replacing its existing Xbox publisher license agreements.
1. Agreement terms
The agreement covers development, publishing, marketing, distribution, manufacturing and sales across Xbox devices. Microsoft will pay wholesale pricing or an agreed revenue share on digitally delivered games and content sold through Microsoft, and may review and approve game concepts, final builds, packaging and marketing that uses Microsoft marks.
