Tamboran advanced its Beetaloo Basin pilot in Q2 by accelerating site infrastructure build-out and securing additional project funding commitments. The company reported that groundwork, including access roads and pipelines, progressed at an increased pace to support upcoming pilot drilling.
1. Beetaloo Pilot Infrastructure Progress
During Q2, Tamboran ramped up construction of critical infrastructure at its Beetaloo Basin pilot site, including access roads, well pads and pipeline installations. The accelerated build-out aims to support the first phase of pilot drilling scheduled later this year, reducing lead times and development risk.
2. Funding Commitments Secured
Tamboran confirmed additional funding commitments in the quarter to cover ongoing infrastructure and drilling costs, strengthening its capital position. These new allocations are earmarked for surface facilities, regulatory approvals and operational readiness ahead of pilot execution.
