Tamboran completes Beetaloo Basin’s largest stimulation campaign at Shenandoah South wells

The wells will tie into the Sturt Plateau Compression Facility; budget held at A$141 million; first gas sales are targeted for 3Q 2026.
Drilling started on Shenandoah South 7H, 8H and 9H; stimulation is planned for 2H 2026 ahead of tie-in when needed.
Largest three-well zipper frac in the basin
The three-well zipper frac was the basin’s largest, placing 178 stages across about 30,000 feet in the Mid Velkerri B Shale.
The program averaged 7 stages per day, setting operational records including 12 stages in one day.
Shenandoah South wells completed in Northern Pilot Area
Tamboran completed stimulation, cleanout and completion for the Shenandoah South 3H, 4H and 5H wells in the Beetaloo Basin’s Northern Pilot Area.
