Data from the Phase 1/2 study show that combining Vopimetostat with Daraxonrasib achieved a 92% objective response rate in advanced pancreatic cancer patients, with 90% progression-free survival at six months. No grade 4 or 5 adverse events were reported and no patients discontinued treatment due to side effects.
