Taoping receives Nasdaq notice for minimum bid price noncompliance
TAOP•Taoping received a Nasdaq notice on October 13, 2026, for failing to meet the $1 minimum bid price requirement for 30 consecutive business days. It has until April 12, 2027, to regain compliance; its shares continue trading without interruption.
1. Compliance deadline
Taoping must have its ordinary shares close at $1 or higher for at least 10 consecutive business days by April 12, 2027, to restore compliance. A closing bid price of $0.10 or less for 10 consecutive trading days would trigger a delisting determination. An additional 180-day compliance period may be available if eligibility requirements are met; otherwise, the shares face delisting, subject to appeal. The notice has no immediate effect on Nasdaq trading.
