Cizzle Brands is introducing its CWENCH Hydration beverage at 109 Target stores across the U.S. and on Target.com, expanding the chain’s health and wellness assortment. This follows CWENCH’s initial May 2025 rollout at Life Time Fitness and United Supermarkets, targeting growth in sports nutrition sales.
