Taysha Gene Therapies signed a commercial supply agreement naming Catalent as primary commercial manufacturer for TSHA-102, its Rett syndrome gene therapy.
Catalent will provide GMP manufacturing at its FDA-licensed gene therapy facility in Harmans, Maryland, contingent on FDA approval.
The deal expands a partnership in place since 2020, securing long-term manufacturing capacity ahead of a potential U.S. launch.
