TC Energy publishes 2026 third-party limited assurance report on select environmental indicators

TC Energy announced KPMG’s independent practitioner’s limited assurance report on select environmental indicators for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

• Assurance covered Scope 1 corporate GHG emissions of 23,866 thousand tonnes CO2e and Scope 2 location-based emissions of 481 thousand tonnes CO2e.
• It also covered corporate GHG emissions intensity of 1.08 kgCO2e/GJ, calculated using Scope 1 plus location-based Scope 2 emissions.
• KPMG reported no key audit matters in the limited assurance report.
• Conclusion: nothing came to KPMG’s attention to suggest the metrics were not prepared, in all material respects, under applicable criteria.
