TC Energy posted Q2 net income attributable to common shares of C$1 billion, or C$0.95 a share, up from C$0.83.
Comparable EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed 12% to C$2.9 billion; comparable earnings (non-GAAP) rose to C$1 billion, or C$0.94 a share.
Dividend, growth projects and outlook
Declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.8775 per share, payable Oct. 30 to holders of record Sept. 29.
Sanctioned C$0.7 billion of growth projects in the quarter, including about US$0.4 billion of Columbia Gas and Columbia Gulf expansions backed by 20-year take-or-pay contracts.
Lifted its 2026 comparable EBITDA (non-GAAP) view to the upper end of C$11.6 billion-C$11.8 billion; net capital spending seen at C$5.5 billion-C$6 billion.
