TD Asset Management shifts selected TD Mutual Funds, managed portfolios to no-load pricing model

TD Asset Management will shift certain TD Mutual Funds and selected managed portfolios to a no-load pricing model effective around Sept. 11, 2026.

Deferred sales charge purchase options, including DSC and low-load variants, will convert to the initial sales charge purchase option of the same series.

At the effective date, the initial sales charge option will be eliminated across TD Mutual Funds and TD Asset Management Program portfolios.

Advisor Series, T5 Series, and T8 Series will move to a no-load structure.

Management and administration fees, plus trailing commissions, will not change as part of the conversion.
