TD named Hardeep Walia head of U.S. Wealth, effective Oct. 5. Based in New York, he will report to TD Bank U.S. President and CEO Leo Salom.
2. Previous experience
Walia founded and led Motif Investing for a decade before its sale to Charles Schwab. He later led Schwab’s Personalized Investing Engineering group and enterprise AI initiatives, and previously held senior leadership roles at Microsoft focused on scaling large services businesses.
