Teads gets Nasdaq notice after shares trade below $1 for 30 straight sessions
TEAD•Nasdaq minimum bid-price notice
Nasdaq flagged Teads for failing the $1 minimum bid price rule after the stock traded below $1 for 30 straight sessions.
Shares will continue trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under TEAD, but the company has until Feb. 8, 2027 to regain compliance.
Compliance requires a closing bid at or above $1 for at least 10 consecutive business days.
A reverse stock split remains an option; a transfer to the Nasdaq Capital Market could open a second 180-day cure window.
Failure to cure could trigger a delisting notice, with an appeal possible.
