TeamViewer entered a multi-year strategic partnership with ServiceNow to integrate its DEX and remote connectivity tools into ServiceNow’s AI platform.
The deal targets end-to-end autonomous IT operations driven by AI agents, shifting enterprise support from manual intervention to automated remediation at endpoints.
A joint go-to-market plan is planned for IT service management, field service management, and customer service management, backed by channel partners.
The companies will evaluate deeper integrations and joint product development to expand use cases and enter new markets.
