An extraordinary general meeting will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Aug. 20, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on amending the articles to extend the business-combination deadline by six months to Feb. 20, 2027.
A separate vote will cover amending the trust agreement to permit the same six-month extension.
A proposal to adjourn the meeting will be considered if more time is needed to secure votes on the extension items.
