TECX•Tectonic Therapeutic reported favorable Phase 1a results for TX2100 in healthy volunteers, with no serious safety signals in single-dose cohorts, and plans to start a Phase 1b trial by year-end 2026.
Tectonic Therapeutic said TX2100 was generally safe and well tolerated in healthy volunteers, with no serious safety signals reported in single-dose cohorts. The company plans an open-label Phase 1b trial by year-end 2026 and is targeting a placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial for early 2027.
The FDA granted TX2100 Fast Track designation for HHT. Detailed Phase 1a safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and anti-drug antibody results are scheduled for presentation at the CureHHT conference on Oct. 12-16, 2026.
