Teladoc names Jonathan Dorfman chief legal officer, succeeding Adam Vandervoort

Teladoc Health said Adam Vandervoort will resign as chief legal officer effective Nov. 1, 2026, and Jonathan Dorfman will become chief legal officer and secretary on Nov. 2.

1. Leadership transition

Dorfman is senior vice president of securities and corporate law. He joined Teladoc in 2020 through its Livongo acquisition and has led SEC compliance, reporting, governance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

2. Earlier roles

Dorfman previously served as in-house counsel at USG Corporation and as a lawyer at Sidley Austin.
