Telecom Argentina named Manuel García Diez as CFO, effective Aug. 3, 2026.
He will lead financial strategy, supporting investment plans tied to infrastructure buildout, connectivity, entertainment and digital services.
García Diez previously served as CFO at BARBUSS and CFO at Digital House.
He spent 13 years at Morgan Stanley, including as Head of Latin America Equity Capital Markets, overseeing financings of more than USD 50 billion.
Earlier roles included Citigroup, with his career starting at Ternium.
