Telefônica Brasil reported Q4 revenue of BRL 15.6 billion, up 7.1%, and delivered EPS of $0.22, with net income rising 11.2% to BRL 6.2 billion. Free cash flow grew to BRL 9.2 billion as mobile postpaid customers reached 70.8 million and fiber connections rose 12%.

1. Strong Q4 Performance

Telefônica Brasil delivered BRL 15.6 billion in Q4 revenue, a 7.1% year-over-year increase, and posted EPS of $0.22. Full-year net income climbed 11.2% to BRL 6.2 billion while free cash flow reached BRL 9.2 billion.

2. Operational Expansion

The mobile postpaid base expanded to 70.8 million customers with 5G now in over 700 cities. In the fixed-line division, FTTH connections rose 12% to 7.8 million homes and fiber churn fell to a historic low of 1.4%.

3. Digital Services and Shareholder Returns

B2B digital services revenue jumped 29.5%, driven by cloud, cybersecurity and IoT solutions. The company achieved a 103.4% payout ratio and confirmed at least 100% net income distribution, scheduling BRL 7 billion for 2026.
