Grupo Televisa swung to third-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of MXN 882.7 million from a year-earlier loss. Revenue fell to MXN 14.08 billion, mainly due to declining Satellite Services revenue, while income taxes dropped 96% year on year to MXN 123 million.
2. AT&T Mexico deal
A consortium with Fintech agreed to acquire AT&T Mexico for USD 2 billion, with closing expected in the first quarter of 2027.
