Speaking at Road to DTIIF 2026 in Jakarta, Telkom’s Enterprise and Business Service director, Veranita Yosephine, said global AI has shifted into broad implementation, with companies deploying agentic AI to reshape workflows and create new business value. Telkom is positioning an integrated AI stack spanning connectivity, cloud-compute, model development and applications, while Telkom Solution plans to expand AI, data, cloud and digital-infrastructure capabilities.
