PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk began talks to lease space in its GMP building to BGN under a commercial B2B arrangement.
The plan targets higher returns from property assets, with potential incremental revenue from connectivity services tied to the building’s use.
BGN’s proposed use covers office space and standard workstations, subject to negotiations and TelkomGroup’s internal space reorganization.
