Cash from operations remained stable at $4.9 billion, while consolidated free cash flow hit a record $2.2 billion, exceeding guidance by 11%. For 2026, Telus targets 2–4% growth in consolidated service revenues and adjusted EBITDA, plans $2.3 billion in capital expenditures and aims for 10% free cash flow growth to $2.45 billion. The company intends to reduce net debt to adjusted EBITDA to 3.3 times by year-end 2026 and approximately 3.0 times by year-end 2027.
