TEN Holdings Q3 revenue rises, helped by new and existing customers
XHLD•TEN Holdings’ third-quarter revenue rose 17.9% year over year to $640,000, driven by new and existing customers. Its net loss widened, while total liabilities fell 74%.
1. Revenue and services
TEN Holdings reported third-quarter revenue of $640,000, up 17.9% year over year. Growth reflected customer transactions initiated in prior periods and contributions from new customers. Professional and managed services revenue rose 307.7%, offsetting a decline in platform usage revenue.
2. Loss and outlook
The net loss widened, mainly due to a $1.8 million write-off of service contracts and $500,000 in legal expenses. The company reduced total liabilities by 74%. It plans to continue its transition to a recurring, subscription-based SaaS model and aims to expand platform capabilities, including AI, automation and analytics, while pursuing acquisitions that add revenue, EBITDA and complementary technology.
