Tencent Music seeks Hong Kong listing for US$ 1 billion notes due 2031 and 2036
TME•Tencent Music applies to list US$1 billion of notes in Hong Kong
Tencent Music Entertainment Group applied to list US$1 billion of debt securities on Hong Kong’s stock exchange.
The deal covers US$500 million 5.050% notes due 2031, debt stock code 40709.
It also includes US$500 million 5.650% notes due 2036, debt stock code 40713.
Trading is expected to start on or about Sept. 11, 2026, limited to professional investors.
