Tennant posted Q2 2026 net income of $7.6 million, down 62.4%, as net sales rose 1.7% to $324 million.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 30.8% to $35.3 million; margin slid 5.1 percentage points to 10.9% on residual ERP inefficiencies and pressure in EMEA.
Orders, backlog and outlook
Orders climbed 6.6% to $339.5 million; backlog built to $127 million, pointing to continued demand.
AMR sales rose 37% to about $31 million, keeping momentum toward a $250 million AMR revenue target by 2028.
Full-year net sales outlook was lifted to $1.27 billion to $1.31 billion; adjusted EBITDA guidance was cut to $155 million to $170 million on slower margin recovery.
