Tenon Medical Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $4.1 million; revenue more than doubles to $1.3 million

Tenon Medical posted Q2 revenue of $1.3 million, more than doubled from a year earlier.
Net loss widened to $4.1 million, or $12.35 per share, versus the year-ago quarter.
Gross margin rose to 64%, up 21 percentage points, as gross profit increased to $814,000.
Cash position, debt maturity and financing
Cash fell to $1.7 million at June 30 from year-end, with $5.2 million of convertible notes due Sept. 11.
The company said the FDA cleared an updated Catamaran SI Joint Fusion System; a $4.2 million offering closed July 1 to repay notes and fund expansion.
