Texas Instruments Licenses Weebit Nano’s ReRAM for Embedded Chips with Test Chip Tape-Out
Texas Instruments has licensed Weebit Nano’s Resistive RAM (ReRAM) technology for integration into TI’s advanced embedded processing nodes, encompassing IP licensing, technology transfer and design qualification. Weebit Nano successfully taped out test chips featuring embedded ReRAM at onsemi’s New York production fab, advancing TI’s memory roadmap.
