TGE•AMTD Group and TGE are consolidating five branded hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Kuala Lumpur and New York under a unified AMTD Hotels Group platform. The company will leverage its media, art and entertainment assets to expand the portfolio, launch a loyalty program and elevate guest experiences.
1. Hotel Network Consolidation
AMTD Group and The Generation Essentials Group have consolidated ownership of five AMTD-branded hotels under a new AMTD Hotels Group entity, creating a unified global hospitality platform spanning Asia, Europe and North America.
2. Global Portfolio Details
The current portfolio includes iclub AMTD Sheung Wan Hotel in Hong Kong, Dao by Dorsett AMTD Hotel in Singapore, AMTD Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel in London, AMTD IDEA KL Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and AMTD IDEA Tribeca Hotel in New York.
3. Ecosystem-Driven Differentiation
The company plans to leverage its media, art and entertainment businesses to integrate cultural, fashion and cinematic elements into hotel design and guest experiences, aiming to differentiate the AMTD brand and boost engagement.
4. Expansion and Loyalty Program
AMTD Hotels Group intends to accelerate expansion beyond the initial five properties while launching a branded loyalty program to drive repeat stays, deepen customer relationships and strengthen its global market presence.
