The9 publishes independent auditor’s report in Form 6-K

Auditor review report filed with Form 6-K

The9 released an independent registered public accounting firm review report for interim financial information, published by RBSM LLP.

RBSM flagged omitted interim disclosures, including missing statements of changes in equity, cash flows, and required U.S. GAAP interim notes.

The auditor said the effects of those omissions on the interim financial information have not been determined.

RBSM issued no audit opinion on the interim information, citing the limited scope of a PCAOB review.

RBSM reiterated its April 15, 2026 unqualified audit opinion on the 2025 consolidated financial statements.
