At the June 10 annual meeting, Thomson Reuters shareholders elected all 14 board nominees, with vote support ranging from 97.17% (393.2 million votes for Peter J. Thomson) to 99.96% (404.5 million votes for Liz Hilton Segel).
2. Appointment of New Directors
Newly elected directors Michael Medline and Liz Hilton Segel received 399.5 million votes (98.74% support) and 404.5 million votes (99.96% support) respectively, each beginning their first term on the board.
3. Additional Meeting Resolutions
Shareholders reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor, approved an advisory resolution on executive compensation and rejected one shareholder proposal, with final voting results to be filed with Canadian and U.S. regulators.
